Hello!
My name is Olivia and I am almost 10. My father gave me the book “The magnificent Melvin and Moxie.” It is really awesome !!! When I read it I felt the same way, as I had always wanted a phone. What is really funny is that Moxie has the same pajamas as me on pages 18 and 35 and that I am so like both of them. I have a Golden Doodle named Frasier, I take piano lessons, I have a ping pong table and also a hover board. While I still want a phone, after reading the book, I understand better how it might not be a good idea for me to have one…yet. Instead we do more family activities in the real world instead of the digital world. Thanks for the fun story. I would really like to meet Melvin and Moxie sometime!!
Sincerely,
Olivia.
P.S. you are a MAGNIFICENT author!!!!!!!
I highly recommend this book! If you have kids, then this book is a MUST have. Cell phones, tablets, etc. can negatively effect children AND adults. This wonderful book addresses these issues in a fun enjoyable way. It shows how this family overcame these challenges and created a better life.
I love this book!

Ask Yourself
When was the last time you had a real conversation with a teen? When was the last time you were in a public place and saw people engaging, talking, and sharing without a device in hand? Let’s get everyone facing up instead of down on a screen.
Testimonials
If you are looking for ways to teach your students to communicate better in this digital world, then look no further. Gia Valenti and her learn with Moxie system is all you’ll need.
I am a huge supporter of Gia and Learn with Moxie. Not only is she a great person with a great heart, her mission could not be more important in today’s society. I have several years of experience working in elementary education, and I witnessed first hand the consequences of too much screen time at a young age. If society continues on this path, without adopting the principles of Learn with Moxie, we are doing our children a disservice.

Does your child prefer their electronics over socializing?
It’s time to put those tablets down and start talking.
